NASAA recently released the State Arts Agency Legislative Appropriations Preview, Fiscal Year 2013. This report shows that states are expecting a 9% increase in appropriations in this new fiscal year, the first increase since before the beginning of the Great Recession. The table on page 3 shows the state-by-state changes from fiscal year 2012 to 2013. Also included in this report are per capita legislative appropriations and rankings for FY2013.
