Quick & Easy Guide for FY2016 FDRs

The time is upon us to plan for and implement new reporting requirements affecting state arts agency/regional arts organization (SAA/RAO) fiscal year 2016 National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) Final Descriptive Reports (FDRs).

To assist states with preparation for FY2016 FDRs, NASAA is making available the Quick and Easy Guide to Field Definitions and Data Coding for SAA/RAO FY2016 FDRs. The guide is an easy-to-use reference document, updated with all fields and codes to be reported in SAA/RAO FY2016 FDRs. These include new and revised fields describing Populations Benefiting and Activity Locations.

Also new is the Cheat Sheet for SAA FY16 Final Descriptive Report Codes. This quick reference guide provides all of the need-to-know codes for FDR reporting on one page.

These materials, along with the same guides for current- and previous-year FDRs, are available in NASAA’s National Standard Reference Center. Please contact NASAA Research Director Ryan Stubbs or National Standard Associate Kelly Liu with any questions.
