California: Creating Public Value Program
The California Arts Council (CAC) Creating Public Value Program (CPV) lets the CAC partner with small arts organizations in rural and underserved communities to demonstrate the importance of the arts in community life and to make the case for local, state and federal investment. The CPV program looks for applicant organizations that strive for positive outcomes by developing partnerships, expanding public participation and raising awareness to promote the public value and economic impact of the arts to civic and political leaders, community supporters, audiences and participants.
