Sue Struve to Retire from NASAA

After more than 17 years with NASAA, Senior Communications Manager Sue Struve will retire this spring. Sue has overseen NASAA communications to members and the field, including email communications and NASAA’s websites. Since her arrival in 2008, she has served as editor of the NASAA Notes newsletter, developed NASAA’s editorial style and edited its publications, managed production of digital and print materials, and liaised with state and jurisdictional arts agency communications managers and public information officers around best practices. Sue’s last day in her role will be April 1, 2026.
Advocacy That Meets the Moment
Advocacy doesn’t take a day off—and neither does NASAA. Our team is working around the clock to elevate the arts, strengthen public support at the federal level, and equip state arts agencies with timely tools and data to support your state’s efforts. All of NASAA’s advocacy work is made possible by individual contributions. Your gift today—or a monthly donation that sustains this work year-round—helps ensure state arts agencies have effective, clear and consistent advocacy that meets the moment, today and in the year ahead. Thank you!
