On-line Social Networking Guide
Arkansas Arts Council
The Arkansas Arts Council (AAC) has recently published an Online Social Networking Guide to provide nonprofit arts organizations with information about the current climate of social networking and media. The guide explains the basic language and demographics of some of the most widely used on-line sites and includes cost‐benefit analyses to guide decision making for organizations. The guide also includes suggestions and implementation plans for organizations to develop on-line content and maximize impact. AAC hopes that after organizations work through the guide they will have the basic skills needed to start using social networking sites and other on-line tools. For more information, contact Arkansas Arts Council Media and Communications Manager Shelby Brewer.
