The NASAA Hearts of Practice Convening is the culmination of a year-long Arts and Health Professional Learning Community (PLC) aimed at building knowledge and strengthening the practices of state and jurisdictional arts agency (SAA) and regional arts organization (RAO) staff at the intersection of arts and health.  

There is no fee for participating in the Hearts of Practice convening. Breakfast and lunch are provided on February 12. Breakfast is provided on February 13. 

NASAA can offer travel subsidies of up to $1,000 to a limited number of SAA/RAO staff. These subsidies will be allocated to one participant per state for up to 30 participants, with additional availability based on estimated travel costs. For best consideration for a travel subsidy, register before November 30. Subsidies will be made available on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to Arts and Health PLC participants. Contact Event Manager Shera Curtis with any questions.
