Mindfulness Meditation
Laura Smith, Chief Advancement Officer, NASAA

This session explores breath meditation and body scanning, a practice that involves paying attention to parts of the body in a gradual sequence from head to feet. Connecting with the breath and tuning into your body can be a relaxing and effective way to release tension you may not even know you have. This practice is great for all levels of experience, including none. All you need is a comfortable place to sit.
