NASAA is proud to announce the launch of the Vital & Vibrant Creative Aging Toolkit, now available on NASAA’s website.

This new toolkit equips state arts agencies with everything they need to champion and implement creative aging in their communities. It includes five components:

• Vital, an evidence-based issue awareness piece documenting the health and cost benefits of arts-based programs for older adults
• Vibrant, a practical action guide for building cross-sector coalitions
• The Vital & Vibrant Messaging Matrix, with tailored talking points for key stakeholder audiences
• A customizable Cross-Sector Working Session on Advancing Creative Aging slide deck presentation for convening diverse stakeholders
• A Creative Aging Research Summary and Analysis synthesizing the peer-reviewed evidence base for creative aging.

Together, these resources support state arts agencies in making the case, building the partnerships, and launching the creative aging programs that help older adults thrive.
