The National Standard for Arts Information Exchange (a.k.a. “the Standard”) is a taxonomy of data fields and definitions used to collect and analyze information about arts constituents, projects, activities and resources. Periodically revised, the National Standard is the long-standing and current taxonomy for the collection of state arts agency grants and activities data. For more information, see:
