Virgin Islands Council on the Arts
Tasida Kelch joined the Virgin Islands Council on the Arts in 2004 as the agency’s special projects coordinator and became the executive director in 2016. She has expertise in event planning, communications and public speaking, program development, operations, and strategic planning and budgeting. Kelch is a member of the Reichhold Center for the Arts Board and serves with the St. Thomas Recovery Board as the chair of the Arts and Culture Committee. In addition, she volunteers with AARP, Friends of the Library and the Humane Society. (Board term FY2024-2026)
