Indiana Arts Commission: Lifelong Arts Indiana

Project Description

Within the next 10 years, one in five Indiana citizens will be 65 or older. The Lifelong Arts Indiana program is designed to meet this moment by increasing the number of teaching artists who are confident and prepared to provide arts learning, specifically for people over the age of 65. The program will provide training and coaching to a diverse cohort of selected teaching artists. Subsequently, the program will support grant funding to implement creative aging residency projects.
