The Development of Creative Aging Programming in Puerto Rico program will develop the capacity of ICP personnel, artists and arts organizations to understand and address the needs of the population that is 55 years and older and develop arts activities geared toward the population that is 55 years and older for implementation as part of the programmatic activities sponsored by ICP.
