NASAA extends a warm welcome to new state arts agency executive directors!
To support your success, NASAA convened a special preconference session tailored to your needs. This event complemented the 2025 Executive Forum. It offered a chance to connect with a smaller cohort of leaders to explore the distinctive roles of state arts agencies, change leadership, transition dynamics and priority issues for recent appointees.
This was an invitation-only event. Executive directors appointed since November 2024 (or those appointed in 2024 who could not make the 2024 New Executive Directors’ Roundtable) were eligible to participate.
Participants should plan to arrive in Omaha on Monday evening, November 10, 2025. The New Executive Directors’ Roundtable took place all day on Tuesday, November 11. This was an in-person session taking place at the Embassy Suites Omaha Downtown Old Market, not a virtual or hybrid event.
No fee was charged for this Wednesday roundtable. (A registration fee was required for the main Executive Forum taking place Wednesday and Thursday.)
