Timothy Foss is a graphic recorder and instructor in the University of Minnesota Design Department. For over a decade, he’s helped groups make their conversations visible—turning dialogue into art that “looks like listening.” His visuals hold multiple perspectives side by side, giving teams space to process complexity, stay open and discover new insights. At its core, his work is about sparking clarity, connection and creativity—whether he’s in the classroom or live-drawing at the wall.
