Creating community—with peers our own age or across generations—is one of the most important benefits of creative aging programs. This year’s Creative Aging Institute features leaders in the fields of arts and aging who will shine a light on exactly why and how arts learning is such an enduring source of well-being as we age. We’ll have a chance to hear from researchers as well as practitioners in an agenda that will help you design successful programs for older adults and promote creative aging in your community.

Learn more about the speakers and sessions at the 2023 Creative Aging Institute, taking place virtually on Monday, November 13, Tuesday, November 14, and Wednesday, November 15.

Registration is now open and attendance is free! Registrants will receive a link to join all sessions via the email address they provide in the registration form, approximately one week before the live online event.

Feel free to spread the word about this online professional development opportunity. All state and jurisdictional arts agency and regional arts organization staff and council members are invited to participate, as are local, state and national arts organizations, partners in the aging services sector, and artists with an interest in how lifelong learning in the arts can benefit older Americans.
